Hyatt Place Tulsa \ Downtown

Built in 1922 and reborn as a modern hotel, the former Katy Building now houses the Hyatt Place Tulsa / Downtown — a seamless blend of Art Deco character and Mid-Century Modern design. We captured the contrast between its Art Deco roots and the sleek, updated interiors, highlighting guest rooms, meeting spaces, and the inviting lobby.

To bring the vision to life, we combined photography, 360 imagery, and a video vignette. This project celebrates adaptive reuse done right — keeping Tulsa’s history alive while welcoming today’s traveler with cutting-edge visuals.

As with every hospitality project, the goal was to create imagery that feels natural, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards. Through thoughtful staging, lighting, and perspective, the final image set provides Hyatt Place Tulsa Downtown with a cohesive visual library ready for brand marketing, online travel agencies, and property promotion.
