I was recently asked to capture exterior photography for two WaterWalk properties in Arizona — Tucson and Phoenix – North Happy Valley.

From the crisp clarity of daytime exteriors to the glow of firepits and pools as evening settled in, each location offered its own rhythm. In Phoenix, the shift from daylight to twilight transformed the outdoor spaces into warm, inviting scenes, while in Tucson, the desert sunset created a backdrop that gave the architecture a distinctive sense of place. Together, the images highlight how light alone can change the story a property tells.

These exterior-only captures highlight how light and timing transform the feel of a property — from crisp daytime clarity to the warm glow of twilight.
